1- installing MicroSIP

to install MicroSIP, go to https://www.microsip.org/downloads and download the version that is compatible with your device.

2- Setting up MicroSIP

after the installation, you need to add an account: click on the arrow in the upper right corner, then choose add account and add the following details:

note that the boxes that are not mentioned here you need to leave as blank or default setting that was set by the software

• Account Name: enter your first name, followed by “Mobile” if you are setting this up on your mobile device or “PC” if you are using it from your PC (e.g. Gio’s PC)
• SIP Server: 213.32.253.31:5070
• Username: a number that will be provided by Admins (Admins: Gio/Gaya/Zahir)
• Domain: 213.32.253.31:5070
• Login: same as Username above
• Password: a password that will be provided by Admins (Admins: Gio/Gaya/Zahir)
• Display Name: same as “Account Name” above
• Transport: Choose “TLS” option from the drop-down menu

after Saving, a green phone icon must be shown in the bottom left corner of the software:

3- Adding Contacts & Call Transfer/Forwarder:

5- Making International Calls

to make calls withinU.A.E, you need to start by adding the number 7 before the number without the U.A.E. international Code (+971)

to make calls within Lebanon you need to dial the number without the Lebanon International Code (+961)

to make international calls outside Lebanon and U.A.E. dial the number with the international code of the country you are calling (00***)
