  1. Please start with the vouchered refundable bookings with big amounts.
  2. Use trip gallery signs to make the new booking like: Trip gallery Erbil or Lebanon or Armenia
  3. The dates (the number of nights ) should be the same
  4. The hotel should be the same
  5. The room type should be the same
  6. The meal basis should be the same
  7. The number of Pax should be the same
  8. The nationality should be the same
  9. Pay attention and read the booking notes very carefully.
  10. The cancellation deadline should be the same or even we should have more time than the original booking.
  11. Once you book don’t forget to issue the voucher so the system won’t cancel the new booking on the cancellation deadline
  12. Confirm the new booking and make sure that the hotel can see both the old and the new reservations and tell them that once they confirm the new one we will cancel the old one.
  13. After confirming the new booking cancel the old booking only from the supplier system and apply supplier discount to the original booking (if the agency is not GSA Iraq), if they are GSA Iraq you should not put supplier discount you have to change the supplier name to diva multiple supplier without putting any discount
  14. Apply total agency discount to the new booking
  15. Connect the 2 bookings to each other by adding the tg of each one in the Confirmation # / Supplier Reference # box of the other, beside the reference number of the supplier.
