At present, the system doesn’t support user cancellation for one segment of the round-trip transfer. Nevertheless, if your round-trip transfer is refundable and you need to cancel one transfer, you can reach out to our support team via one of our Helpdesk channels. They will be able to assist you with cancellations and modifications to your bookings.
