For instance, if you wish to book a transfer to or from the Sheraton Dubai Creek in Dubai, UAE, you would enter the hotel’s name “Sheraton Dubai Creek” instead of its address “Baniyas Street, Dubai, AE”.

However, our team is actively working on enhancements, and soon, users will have the option to select addresses or pins on a map as pickup points, providing a more versatile and precise booking experience.
